What is the minimum bandwidth required to operate Jodo BPP by a user \ customer ?

Jodo BPP, being a digital solution, requires steady internet network bandwidth of minimum level per respective media that agent and\or customer would like to use in their Jodo session for a smooth experience.

For instance, for a chat session, a min. of 30kbps is required.
While for a ScreenShare session 1 Mbps.
On each side \ per session, i.e., agent and customer sessions individually.
